Logistics expenses are just as critical to the success of our operations as our manufacturing lines, quality assurance, flexible production plans and outsourcing partners. One advantage in this respect is the location of our factory, which is only about 60km from the Tokyo area. Ownership of our own warehouses also holds down costs. With these strengths, we can greatly contribute to cutting the cost and raising the speed of product distribution for our customers. For example, we can deliver beverages to the 23 wards of Tokyo at a much lower cost than our competitors that are located in more distant areas of the Tokyo region and in Tokai region of Japan. Proximity to Tokyo is not our only advantage. We are working on a 24 hour a distribution operation. This lowers risks associated with holding inventories, building our customers’ trust.
