Peanut liqueurs

The “California of Japan,”
the Boso Peninsula of Chiba prefecture, which forms the east side of Tokyo Bay, has a climate that is ideal for growing high-grade peanuts.

Japan Foods has succeeded in commercializing a liqueur that is made from these world-famous peanuts and delicately flavored with rum from Jamaica.

We named the liqueur MANI-ROSA, which means pink peanuts, due to the robust pink color of the skins of Chiba peanuts.
