Japan Foods operates 11 manufacturing lines to provide customers with the freedom to produce a broad range of beverages using many types of containers.
There are six manufacturing lines that use PET bottles. This includes two lines that use small PET bottles and two that use large PET bottles, primarily for soft drinks. There is also one line that handles bottles of all sizes and a line that can fill PET bottles, bottle cans and glass bottles.
In addition, Japan Foods also produces concentrated drinks for fast food chains (bag-in-box drinks).
There are six manufacturing lines, including two lines that use SOT cans (pull-top cans) and one line that use both SOT and TEC (small, wide-mouth bottle cans) cans, one line that uses bag-in-box, and one line that uses bottled water.
This large and highly advanced production capability gives Japan Foods a dominant position in the beverage packing market that no competitor can match.
These manufacturing lines allow Japan Foods to supply a full range of soft drinks as well as canned Chuhai, cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. |
